STEP 1
check to see if your push rods are loose
if the push rods are tight then that means the lifters are doing there job
and keeping good oil presure.
STEP 2
check to see if the retainers on top of the valves are hitting the top of the
valve guides.
if so you will need to get the valve guides machined down and install a smaller valve seal.

I have a buddy who installed a comp cam in his car and it has a very noisy valve train because of an aggressive cam lobe design. It works perfectly fine its just a little noisy.
STEP 3
Have a local mechanic who you trust look at it.
GOOD LUCK 8)

Pushrods are loose, retainers are not hitting the guide,so I need longer pushrods,or adjustable rockers is the feedback I have been geting here.

There was another thread just recently that was very similar to this in subject matter. A longer pushrod took care of the problem. Although there shouldn`t be a difference in pushrod length in a smallblock 318-360 with a stock valvetrain and hydraulic cam, there`s nearly 3/16 th`s of an inch difference in length from the various manufacturers. If you`re just getting clatter because your lifters aren`t preloaded then you can probably find a set of OTC pushrods to solve your problem.

snake
did tou replace the push rods:scratch::scratch:
and if you did, compare the new ones with the old ones you took out of the motor.
If the push rods are shorter in lenth, then that sould be the problem.
The old push rods ran in the motor with no problems right??
so they will work just fine {{but you have to check them }}
to check to see if the old push rods are bent, roll them on a piece of glass.
like a table top with a glass top.
make sure they are cleaned up first.
If you ordered new push rods, they sould have sent you stock lenth\I would think??
If you have good oil presure and those push rods turn out to be the same lenth as those stock ones ,then the only thing left is the lifters.
maby there not pumping up??
But there is no reason for this if you have good oil presure??
find a shop to look at it.
it sounds like it's a good motor to me???
motors dont go bad buy putting a good cam in them.
GOOD LUCK
P.S. IF YOU COULD PUT THIS MOTOR ON YOUTUBE THEN I COULD HERE IT RUN AND THAT WOULD HELP ALOT.:thumrigh:

Push rods are true and org ones. The problim is the base circle of the cam is smaller that what ma mopar grind. So there is not enough preload, what I am being told is longer pushrods or adjustable rockers.I need to get a pushrod checker.
