...lets see how many actually sell to guys on this site...

You can add me to that list...yeah, the cost went up, but I know damn good and well there was a good bit of work that goes into those pieces, and for what I'm paying, I can't find another dash of equal quality and presentation...I'll gladly swallow that lump and lay down the cheddar for one...:thumrigh:

Glad to see you're making these again, Mark. I have an RMD gauge cluster in my car and I like it a lot. I have quite a few other things to complete, but I kinda wish I opted for the full-length dash. It would just look better.

If there are dash owners that want to trade it in for another one, I'll credit the current price of the one you own on the price of the one you want; assuming of course no major modifications to the dash.

The dashes we make won't fit the pre-67 model. Sorry about that. I don't really have plans to do that at this point.

Mark

Here's my RMD I do not remember the price I paid but I bought it around when they were first available maybe 250-350?

I'll vouch for the previous prices. I got one of the last RMD dashes made before the company ceased operations and the price was somewhere in the $600's. I still have the bare dash and wouldn't part with it for anything because it's going to look great in my Dart when it's finally finished.
I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". The quality is 1st-rate on my dash and I'm sure 'CashA10' is continuing on with that.
I've got something different and special planned for the finish on the dash. All I've got to do now is keep saving so I can get the Dart painted, then put it all back together again.[/F ONT]

I guess I really lucked out at Mopars at Carlisle last year when I bought a NIB RMS full dash for $100. Sometimes I get lucky but generally, "if it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all". LOL.

Just paid for mine.

International order already!!!

Ships out Monday I'm told.

Timing should be great for me.

Now I need to go guage shopping.

Just ordered mine, something I should of done several years back. It is nice to get a second chance!!!! The Dart and myself thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!! John

Well that just SUCKS!!!! however, I understand. Probably not enough market for it, right???

Mark--I'm interested in one like I stated earlier,But I would like someone to have installed one for feed back first,I'm worried about the gauge depth and the lack of clearance behind the gauges. Also we will have to extend the wiring for the headlight switch witch I really doesn't bother me,But things are very tight behind the dash,Is the depth of the gauges on your units actually forward a little for better clearance??? Also do you have a lead on the led's we would use for the high beam and directional indicators??? Thanks Steve

Hey, im looking for just the gauge cluster for a 1969 Dart.
ive tried reading all the posts in this thread but i may have missed something. Looking for clarification.

Thanks,
Phil.

340 duster that was abodyjoe's comment not mine--Get my name off of that --Thanks

What the hell would you put that in this thread???? Forget to take your medicine???

I'm also interested as to anyone who purchased your dash and how they did the wiring as "swifter" mention. any information is appreciated. thank you

A few pics of the installation of the RMD to my 69 notch cuda I did abt 5 yrs ago.
Did it all myself and took me too long since wiring aint my strong point but it ended up good.

According to what Mark said about the indicator holes, they're 5/16"...I did a swap to my '84 Mustang several years ago using Painless warning light indicators which are available in 5/16" diameter-they're about $7 a piece from Summit or Jeg's...and they're easy to wire in.

I'll try to take some pictures when I get mine and start prepping for install. I'm sure there are a few folks that will beat me to it, but if there aren't any and I'm in process, I'll take a few and post up. I know I need to either repair or replace my dash pad anyway...probably should pull my heater box down and reseal it too.

Anyway, here's a couple of the indicators...

I can't keep up! You all are amazing! For the 67-71 version of the cluster only, see post #30 in this thread. My daughter just got wheeled in to have a C-section to have my first grand baby, that wasn't planned but looks like everyone's going to be O.K.

It's craziness......

One thing that does concern me about this is that I'm still rolling out other new designs and I don't want someone caught buying something they're just "satisfied" with.

Those designs might have larger gauges, A/C vents, or other cluster configs. I'm going to extend the discount 'til 1 June to try and roll out more possibilities. Those designs will cost more, and customs will too, and the ones pictured have always been the most popular.
