Rear Glass Gasket - 66 Valiant 2 Dr Hardtop

Would any know where I would get a rear gasket for the about. Is this the same as any other model?

Are you looking for a new or used one? I have been told that 2-door sedan, 4-door sedan, and 2-door hardtop all have the same back glass in 66. I would put a want ad for a gasket, or check ebay.

Look from Sweden used ones. Lots of Valiants, and short roadtrip at summerholidays from UK.
And my friend should have one '66 Val for parts, if you are coming to see Santa Clauss. :toothy10:

i've just been thru this dude, they don't make them.........looked for months, mopar glass specialists, steele rubber, year one.........not gonna have it.

i finally hooked up w/a buddy of mine's friend that ran a glass shop.

he found two in stock, in town...............nos, the guy wanted 500.00 bucks for one.

found another place on line that said they had it (don't remember where) it came in two pieces, they were awfully proud of this part as they wanted 170.00 a side.

the glass guy i told u about finally found one in a junk yard, clnd it up w/wd-40 and installed it, looks brand new. dude was a life saver.

junk yard doggin' the only place your going to find one.......as far as i know.......

66340 is right though, a sedan or hardtop, there the same....it's just finding one.
