just purchased a 1971 Demon and the rear seems like it sits too high, does anyone know the stock rear shackle measurement top to bottom mine are 4.5” long they seem longer than stock based on pictures i am seeing online. Also my ground to the center of wheel fender measurement is 29.5”

So depending on where and how you are measuring sounds about right

Stock 67 Dart.

~3.5 center to center

If somebody changed out the springs the shackles length may or may not matter.
My Mopar performance springs keep the center of the wheel well opening on my 72’ 340 demon at 26”

Yeah true thats why im trying to determine what the stock height should be, because im at 29.5” and your at 26” thats a huge difference in an upgrade i have the *** end up look that i dont care for

What tire size are you running I’ve got p215/60r15 that are 25”tall. My rear opening is just a tad higher than the tire.
