Replacing e-brake handle

Much easier to just swap the whole assembly. I have the one for that car. $25 plus shipping

You might fit a piece of 4X4 between the handle and the floor, then drive the pin out. Proper method is move the assembly to the workbench.

Use a narrow punch on one side and a small socket on the other side and with a C clamp push the punch through to the socket side. After out a little bit use pliers to remove it the rest of the way.

It's only held up there by one nut IIRC. Once dropped to the carpet, seezy.
