It's hot up here and my garage door faces west. There's nothing better in that dripping heat than some Muddy Waters playing in the background.

I can just picture that old wood screen door bouncing a couple times on closing after getting another cold beer out of the fridge with the sound of the blues carrying across the warm afternoon breeze....

Mostly classic rock here as well... been getting into these Canadian dudes lately

For the younger crowd you guys know RATM is great for the garage...

And some good hip-hop from the dirty south (probably won't like it if you are white and over 50 lol)... sounds 10x better through good subs

I am only 35... And yes I constantly raided my fathers music collection. I still have quite a few 90 min cassette tapes I recorded when I was in high school.

Great album.

Bad Company

Forgot how good the entire Album was. Recorded in November 1973, but released on June 26, 1974.

I remember buying a black T-Shirt with Bad Co. in 'white lettering' in the late summer of 1974.

When Bad Company first hit America in the Summer of 1974, they premiered at the University of Texas
on September 1, 1974 ~ they were the Opening Act on a bill that highlighted > ZZ Top, Santana and Joe Cocker.

No Rush:protest:

Isn't that the band that is full of card carrying commies????

If you listen to them their lyrics are pretty clear it's all about rebelling against oppressive government and racial discrimination regardless of political agenda they're more like anarchists or libertarian than anything
