I'm just curious where rumble fish Rob went, I hope nothing happened that I never heard about. He was a constant on this thread for the 15 years I've been posting. And I just don't see his post anymore.

It’s not like Rob to be away from here for very long. Hope he is ok. Kim
Exactly. As popular as he was, someone must know him personally and can make contact to see how he's doing.

I saw this and texted him. Rob is fine, just busy doing retirement stuff. He is building a garage for himself and spending time with his wife.

I can't speak to whether he will start posting again though. I told him about this thread so maybe he will pop in to say hello but don't hold me or him to it.

Maybe you have to say it three times like rumble fish rumble fish ... nope I'm a little afraid lol

I sure don't miss him :)
That’s OK, still love ya man!

Is there something in particular I can help with?

But I'm happy to see your still alive and kicking, hopefully everything going well for you.

Nice to see you're still kicking, don't be a stranger.

I was wondering about you also, good to see you posting, glad to see you’re doing well.
Enjoy the retirement life

Thanks Gents! I’ll post a picture below of a partial problem and description. Otherwise, it’s working on the house and garden. Sometimes the pool & whatever else crops up, like my son in laws request to help close his shop up. A 4 bay garage capable of a 70’s Civic to a newly built Mack or Peterbuilt semi tractor.

My son in law is smart and simply amazing with his hands. Puts me to shame. There is a crap ton and a half in his shop which doesn’t include the office, waiting area, 2 bathrooms and laundry lunch room that could have doubled as a large master bedroom in most homes. Whew this hat was a lot of work!

Toy cars are last on the list of things to do unfortunately. But that is just the way it is. Me last.

1200sq.ft. Of joy and trouble- electricity and water yet to be done which will get done after some privacy bushes and trees are planted. A few shade trees will also be included.

So this is a hot metal box and Florida is no joke for a longer summer than New York has!!! LMAO! Whew!
Walls are 14 feet high. 4 foot peak.

A loft will be installed as wide as the garage is at 30’.

Insulation and 4X8 plywood over that and a bunch of overhead lighting and fan(s) to do what they do best. But it’s getting crowded in here! Below is my destroked 360 that I used crank spacers to fit the MP “352ci” rotating assembly in.
Next to is my son in laws request “Please hold these indefinitely until I figure out a good use for them”, a non computer 5.9 Cummings 12V with transmission and a 2000/2003??? Chevy LS 5.3 with trans and transfer case.

The projects are lined up! Now if I only had the energy and electrical power for A/C and lights…. And a fridge, and a hot late, and a microwave, and a coffee machine, and a …..

Plenty of parts and cars to play with!
So if I’m not around, I’m busy somewhere doing something!

I also was given this ‘66 Poly 318/727 Dodge Charger. A sad story I’ll not burden you with.

Just gonna fix it and move it out.
I have way to much!

On top of that, my toasty in the head but ever so lovable nephew has dropped his truck off for me to fix.

Ya’ll wanna see some next level craziness?
Stuff like this is why you bring it to your uncle who knows a good bit about cars and trucks.

The 9-1/4 pinion broke and he tried to remove er, fix it.

Look, I love the boy but DANG!!!!!!

No man just hadn't seen anything from you for a while. Yeah , I was previously KO Swinger but I had to go with an alias to get back on here LOL. Just hadn't seen a post from you in a long time and wanted to make sure you were still kicking. Congratulations on retirement it's been almost 2 years for me now seems like I've never had more to do.

Nice to see you are still around. Sometimes, so many on here come and go, you don't realize "someone is gone."
