I would not use OSB for the walls after seeing my friends garage burn to the ground. That **** burns like a match stick. He lost a 66 Nova , 70 Monte Carlo , 69 Camaro all of the parts gathered over 25 years , most of his tools etc. I would highly recommend fire extinquishers with easy access.

That's a fact. I have a friend on the other side of the county from me that happened to. He had OSB for walls and ceiling. Place went up like it had gas poured on it. He had no insurance like an idiot. He'd been running his shop as a business for forty plus years. He lost several cars and engines that weren't his. I still don't know what he did to make it right. Got sued, I guess.
