My ex-FIL gave me a bunch of tools before he passed away. These are probably from the 70s-90s. I was re-organizing the other day, and cam across this, decided someone here might know what it is. From the blue handles, I think they're Channel Lock brand. Seems like some type of puller, not sharp enough to be cutters.

Anybody know?

Thanks!

For the win, thanks, all!
From y'all's answers, found it, Channel Lock model 357. End cutters, but user video shows cutting flush and pulling large staples...steeples!

For hose clamps, this is another specialty tool..it had brand/model number, so the Googlenator was sufficient...

Nippers and the smaller pliers are for Corbin clamps like are used on older Mopars.

He means for the Oetiker clamps. There is a crimper made for these clamps, but I've seen them used also.
that is correct I use them all the time for low pressure nitrogen lines...but the end cutters work just as good. The correct ones have a whole in the end of the tool for crimping and cutting
