SSBC conversion to change my front brakes to disc on my 64 Canadian Valiant.

I purchased an SSBC conversion kit to change the front drum brakes on my Valiant to disc. The mounting plate did not line up with the spindle and I called SSBC. Turns out the kit is designed for 10" drum brakes and mine are 9" For some reason they don't make a bracket for a 9" application. How hard is it to change the 9" spindles for 10" so that I can use this kit that is bought and paid for? Do I need to change the control arms? I'm kind of a newby at all this so any help would be appreciated.

The spindle/knuckle from any A body with 10" brakes up through 1972 will bolt on using your existing control arms and ball joints.

^^^^^yup. That applies to just the spindle. Naturally all the brake parts and bearing stuff is different, but, I assume that's all included in the kit you bought.
