Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Racing provides a much needed diversion from walking the show/swap field all day! If you take your kids, it's a great way to inject a little excitement into the hobby IMO!!

Last time I did Carlisle was a few years back. Temp was around Hundred. Hot as hell but still a great time.

Before working the dinner shift I always have a cup and on days off I'll enjoy an afternoon coffee break at home. I just got back from a bike to the beach. Wish I'd brought my camera. Tide was all the way out and mother nature has made some changes, the spit I walked out on before has arced all the way back to the shore, I was scratching my head trying to figure out where the sand is going to shift next...

There was a horse ambling along, made me think of Nella.

It felt good to clear my head and relax. My back has been hurting and last night I sneezed real hard and went into muscle spasms, weird!

That bike ride at the beach sounds soothing. I screw my back up regularly with sneezes.
Time to get in for a chiro. adjustment since my slip on the ice a couple weeks ago.

Ouch well thanks for letting me know it happens to others. My back never bothered me before this job, I did not know a sneeze could initiate so much pain. Hope the chiro gets you fixed up.

Guys try white flower it is like ben gay on steroids, That and acupuncture are the only things that works for the wife.

Nella would absolutely love to see a horse on the beach, and would love even more to be on that horse!!! Thanks for thinking of her, it makes her really happy to have so many wonderful friends here!! :-)

I usually get so caught up in the swap area, I don't get time to look at all the cars and watch the racing... :banghead:

I live across the street from a forest preserve with bridal paths. There is a farm nearby where you can rent horses with guides if you don't have your own. Some houses here have stables on their property and have their own horses.... (I hate having to dodge the road apples left on the road...)

Sorry, no beaches... However, we can offer a nice polluted Cal Sag River nearby....

Four generations of our family have walked 7 generations of Dalmatians on those bridal paths. We even have a "special" old path that has been closed for decades that we still go on...

How do you use it? Just put it on your back?

I was rear ended by a drunk driver doing over 90 MPH back in '88 and sometimes have back and neck pain... :banghead:

No Karl I swear that was not me! Just rub it on and wash your hands before you keep in touch with yourself. The stuff works great. If you cant find it on ebay let me know.

Good morning.
Went up to Cameron county for the weekend to help the in-laws with their heating system. No internet or cell service there.
Well, back on the grid also means back to work...

Morning. Taking a ride into philly today to scope out a few possible sites to do filming .

Gotta drive to Columbia Pa one day this week to pick up a new 120gal propane tank. Anyone want to meet for lunch ??

That might work for me. I'd guess you'll come up 83 and over 30? Round the Clock diner is where they intersect. That's not far from where I work.
