Stop in for a cup of coffee

I just read a report that those engines were prone to having an air lock bubble in the cooling system inside the engine when coolant is replaced. The remedy was to apparently jack up the front end about 40* when clearing the air from the cooling system.

Maybe this helps?

Speaking of Coolant and I dont mean to change the subject. I've stumped with an odd thing. So last week when that frickin cold weather came through I had my daughters car parked outside the garage. I didnt even try to start it until today when I moved it to blow snow. When I got back to where the car was parked there it was......... a bright green frozen mound of ice, right under where the engine was. I started thinking oh ****..... So I popped the cap and check the coolant. WTH the coolant is not even green and its full. Figured I'd leave the car run and warm up and drive it for the day. The temp was fine the entire time, I cant for the life of me figure out where this green coolant came from, thoughts???
Not coolant?
Washer fluid froze and cracked tank? Green washer fluid does exist.

Well some more bad news. I am starting to sound like Chris. No offense intended..My little sister is in the hospital, does not look like she will make it....52!!!!
An infection, liver and kidney shut down, blood clotted, stroke, she is screwed...looks likes she is 80 yeas old. So damn sad.....
Man, sorry to hear that! I'll be thinking of you all.

Not that I could tell while driving it today.. Temp was normal the whole time.. I'll check the tank, I even looked underneath and couldnt find a source of green. Nothing else was parked in that spot so its just got me stumped.

Somebody lost their lime snow cone.

Is it the right pump? I think on that GM it can be either a clock wise pump or a counter clockwise pump, they look the same...Just spit ballin it..

Circle track friend had that issue. Ordered pump for a v-belt SBC Summit sent the serpentine belt model. Race car made it to the green flag, one lap later it cooked.

Sad. I don't say many prayers, but you got one on the way...

I've heard such good things about Husky tools, but the boxes from what your saying are a different story.
I’ve got several of their sets. Really nice tools better than any craftsman made in the last 20 years. The boxes i was looking at, the slides just seemed flimsy

I have two boxes. An older Craftsman set and a cool Stainless box upper lower from Costco. Love them both.

I thought the Husky boxes in store were junk. BUT, they showed a heavier box available and I don't think the cost was much more. I needed a box pretty quick at the time, so never looked into what the difference was. If you decide to do HF. Wait for a sale. Should have some boxes on sale for prez day.

My tool box at work is Husky brand. 42" (i think) top and bottom. They are very nice. No problems at all.

So sorry Tim. That is very sad.

Well, only a few more days until they are scheduled to yank this damn tooth on Monday.

The good news is that my blood pressure is settling down. Just a half hour ago it was reading 142/82. I just need it to stay at a reasonable level so that they will pull the tooth. I am quite convinced that it was elevated only by this tooth issue. Once it’s gone, I can get back to normal.

Well...normal enough...LOL!
