it's going to be easier (for me anyway) to do a weigh in kinda thing - too bleary at 5:30am to even think of it M-F so I have been checking it on either Sat or Sun mornings..
Weekend weigh in could work...
I just don't like weighing in every day. You can get on the scale and weigh yourself one time and it's different a little while later when you didn't eat anything... :banghead:
So I only use the scale to check periodically so I don't get discouraged with lack of progress.
Plus as you loose fat and gain muscle, it's sometimes a wash on the scale, but you are getting thinner by loosing fat and gaining muscle. I don't mind gaining muscle, as long as I loose fat...
there - - biggest loser by what? June 1st? has anyone but me declared their weight yet?
