I was looking at temp conversions. Had to refresh my brain.

32F = OC
0F = -18C
-13F = -25C

At -40 F and C are equal...

I was just looking at composit deck panels for the porch, they are 26 ea and I would need 47 of them! Going to stay wood at 5.35 ea! Dam they are expensive!

My deck is PT, just made top rail out of composite.

I think that is the way to go. looked under there yesterday and the board that let go against the house looks like a 1x12. Gotta love buying a old house from a shoddy contractor!

Hey Keith finally got the laminate floor in the hallway outside the flood room. Only took a year! Pain in the *** the floor was far from level and square.

Is insurance covering it? You building the new one? I designed and built mine. It is 'to code' and then some...
