Almost got me also, but I AM SMARTER THAN YOU!
Basically the piece that goes across to cap the frame rails. Joins the trunk pan to the tail light panel. Has like 400 spot weld on angles you cant get to with a drill.... LOL
Don't they make that? Maybe for something close? That will be tough to find rust free.
Almost looks straight and flat. Could you make it or patch it with sheet metal?

Where is it rusted?
Both ends, outboard of the frame rails....The rear quarters I bought in NY have that section still on them. Would have to weld them together, might be the answer...
Are you doing other panels around it? Trunk, tail.. will not be easy getting that out without distorting others
