Also, I have to put the rear quarter regulators and channels and glass back in. George took them out in one piece after he had the old quarter panels off, I think. I ordered a new roller kit for each. But must separate the windows, in order to re install. Too big in one piece. Also need to be very careful not to scratch new paint, on the window edges. Anyone aware that the windows bolt to the regulators ? These are small 1/4 bolts, and I have been spraying them with PB16 for weeks. Yesterday I snapped one off. Guess I'll just break em all and replace em.
Too early for that Pete. John up in Fargo is close to the Arctic Circle so U can see why he gets snow early.

Our forecast looked like eminent rain beginning at 2AM. So far I think we got some sprinkles... Hoping it keeps moving out of here so my shed is dry to paint Sunday. Otherwise it probably pushes to Wed, really want to wrap this up till Spring.

Kinda scary outside this morning. Took the pup out. At first I just heard the heatpum cycle. Once it stopped, I heard the birds getting louder, and louder till it was pretty much deafening. I mean like horror movie sound bite stuff where someone is about to get picked apart.
Dog was like 
and came running up the steps -didn't even get to poop.
Must be thousands of birds in the trees.

Had 3 in the back yard the other night. Near midnight when I took the dog out. Not a lot of light, but must have come from behind the shed less than 100 ft from us. One was definitely bigger than the other 2, but couldn't see if it had antlers. They were moving slow at first, but as I went for my phone to try for a pic Holley saw them and growled. They took off down the back...

Got a couple estimates to send a LD4B out. USPS and FedX. FedX was cheaper by a few bucks. I have had good luck with them anyway. Still $40. Shipping isn't cheap now days.

The dog came in before the birds pooped on it...
Try UPS flat rate. They just started it in August and so far, it’s the cheapest. Basically up to 50 pounds has set rates. I shipped hemi heads for less than 30 each
