Geez. Just watched the tail end of the City Council Budget presentation that my wife puts on. They are supposed to vote to OK the budget for next year. Well, I don't think they did. One of the councilmen wanted to table it which is either a 4 hour recess or start the whole process all over again on Saturday. My wife got up to the podium almost in tears and asked that they needed to vote on the budget because she has personal things going on and she might not be here on Saturday. I looked at the screen and the gavel went down and the tv screen went blank. I don't know what they voted on. Sorry, rant over.

I'll post a link to the Youtube video as soon as it's available. The city has a aprox. !75 million budget and my wife works 60-80 hours a week through the year. She works her tail off for the citizens and the employees. I think it's time she find a different position somewhere else. She could work half as much and get paid as much. (the pay isn't really an issue)
Didn't mean to be a Debbie Downer. Where did everybody go?

LOL!
It's actually one that I remind myself of when the World seems upside down and I'm not sure how things are going to turn out.
I have to remind myself to take a deep breath and have faith that the Universe will unfold the way it should and all things will eventually come to equal...even if I can't see it now.
Nature can't abide extremes and disorder, it must (and will) find it's way back to harmony and order.

If the extreme circumstance becomes toxic to your personal well-being, it's time to leave.

Good morning. Just a bit of drizzle/mist here. I actually want some heavy rain to test the Duster for leaks. I've been chasing them down since I started working on it. Ive done every seal, flange etc and am down to a trickle near the gas pedal. I think I found it the other day. One of the screws that holds insulation mat on inside of firewall was right in lin up behind the wiper motor. Sealed that, so I shall see.
g'morning Keith - washing the car doesn't net the same result?
Ben Drinkin got here and is on his way home.
Great to meet him, very good guy.
