I will do it right.....I learn fast. I know where I messed up. It looks OK. Just I know where the issue is....And it bugs me....there are enough issues already that I cannot fix...
My rule for me is that you either like it or you don't like it. If it's going to bug you fix it, look forward to round 2 pics.
The trim almost covers the rip, almost...

6.5 Grendel. I got to bring my personal rifle and go shoot with some SF guys. 500-2000. But right after I shot that 5 rd group at 1000, range control shut us down for lightning so we didn’t get to push out farther.
It was really cool how they set it up. Wished I’d taken a picture. But what they did was put up these full size silhouette targets, 6 ft tall persons then they took a 12 inch wide piece of red card stock, it was nailed to the top of that then they nailed a 12 in wide blue piece above that and then a 12 inch white piece. My ballistic chart for the Grendel only went to 750 yards. We were at 1000 meters, so after we did the math, which was really cool to watch them do and to learn, I needed 59.5 inches above zero. My scope only had 37.5 inches of vertical left, so the guy had me aim where the blue and white met, which put me on target, but into the head. So our math was off a bit and the Grendel definitely doesn’t drop like a 308.
