Smog certs on more modern vehicles are certainly improved over the previous 4 vehicles I've had to deal with. 10 minutes I was outa there. No hose or cord draggin', no big meters to watch, amazing.
Why not simplify. All a money grab for the guberment anyway

tried to find some low temp aluminum gas welding rods locally, nothing. Need to repair a/c condenser.
