OMG...I LOVE that it says 383 also ....nothing against your 340s but nothing has pavement pounding belligerent launch like a big block![]()

Flip that, peak HP at 5500 and peak Tq at 4200...
so - Ramie, how much does that Scamp weigh? is it mostly stock?
I think that's about what I would expect from my 360 Magnum too!

Well needless to say, Im happy about my engine. I have 2 small oil leaks I need to fix, but it should perform nicely and hopefully I dont have to pull this engine again for many many more years.

Probably...if I could get it to the ground with better rear tires.
I've only got 195/70/14 BFG T/A all around right now for the "stock" look. I also have 3.91 rear gears so that makes launch traction even more challenging.
