We really didn't know the neighbor being new. It was a chance encounter with him leading to an opportunity to buy the lot. That's happened to us buying the house, and several other things the past few months. We seriously believe this house was meant to be.

Oh my God. I just looked up what happened, how the hell did that even be allowed to happen?! I mean all the parades here, the streets are blocked by city vehicles, highway department trucks and equipment to prevent just such a thing. Plus a cop at every major intersection. Streets are blocked off for 3 blocks in every direction. Even alley ways are blocked

They are still calling him a suspect. Nothing being talked about as to an accident or malicious. However, that said, somewhere on Twitbookface, it was said the driver has multiple warrants and released within days of this on $1,000 bond for something - consider the source for that - I don't know for sure.
