Stop in for a cup of coffee

@halifaxhops you want this plate?

I've still got a pile of 'junk wood' from maple trunk and spruce trees I was planning to cut/split. Not ideal, but it's all fine to burn if mixed in with good clean hardwoods. With current back recovery, thinking it's time to get rid of the mauls. I've been buying my firewood already split last few years, but was using at least anything from here. So unless I get a splitter, I need to get all this crap hauled away. Something to figure out this Summer...
Buying a splitter was one of my better decisions. I've used it to take care of many trees on my place as well as several on my neighbor's property..

I originally thought I'd use it for what I needed and then sell it for half off .. I wouldn't sell it now. It's been too much of back saver .

So the dark humor in me chuckled... Hope he's ok...

"I'm 95% done installing the new harness but have one final question. I have a 1971 Demon 340 with the Rallye dash and factory air. The black/white wire I am hol "

Uhmmmm

Is he still holding those wires?

I was looking at the bottle finished in cherry casks and it looked yummy.
I tried the Rabbit Hole Dareringer finished in PX Sherry. It is pretty bold and the sherry is too. Not bad but could use some toasted oak to mellow it out. To be honest, it is like the sherry is there to cover up cheaper bourbon to start. On a 1-10 I would give it a 6.5. It is getting better as it sets. Starting ti get some oak on the palate. It is still pretty bold. I see Black Velvet Reserve has changed it's label. I should try some of that again.

Thanks Mike I think I'll find a different Burbon. Might just grab a bottle of Glen Fargo and bring that.

That would be a treat. He is doing some good things there. It's an American Single Malt. A bit different than a Bourbon but tasty in a different way.
