Stop in for a cup of coffee

Had a great day with @toolmanmike we were working on his trans leaks, (cooler line issues) , took a short time to repair and left plenty of time to enjoy a little cheer.
What a nice 64 polara he picked-up, solid as a rock and good looking to boot.
A little cheer was enjoyed by all!

Thanks Lon. Got the leak fixed and had a great time. Added a few things to my fix it list. The 4 hour round trip made for a good shakedown run as well.

Same here Thunder woke the pooch around 3 so I got up. Got the R/T back tell you what that trans is super tight. Mine must have been slipping since I got it. Chirps every auto shift now when I get on it!

I got the brakes bled on the Dart yesterday and everything is put back together and running. Got it off the lift so I can do an oil change and tire rotations on the Jeep and truck today.

Not sure what is up today. Do have a crapload of NOS parts to put away after that no idea. Prob start putting smalls in crates and pricing them for July. Have to do it each year it always is changing.

The engine sounds and seems to run better after the valves were checked and lashed. I did have an issue with the alternator overcharging and belt squealing. I think the voltage regulator plug got dicked up when I was taking everything apart. It is in a bad location and I think the pins got messed up on the plug.

Prob should blow the shop out first freaking mess. Grass, trash but no ash all over the place.

I have them if needed. NORS. I do alot of regulator adjustments since I have a tester.

I cleaned the shop up on Friday. I need to use the air hose and blow all the dust out of the engine bay, after sitting on the lift waiting 4 weeks for the no-show who was supposed to help with the lash adjustment.

I need to get the new 440 heads gone through and 10 taken off. Now to find a Machine shop I can trust. Horror stories lately around here. Glad I have a trans guy now.
