Love it , Yeah , here in R.I. the Wiener has no closed ends , cut in sections from a big rope , the wiener is made from beef/pork/veal with a natural casing , then all the toppings go on it and it becomes a "hot wiener" or a "gagger" or "choker"

Good luckOur home listing went live yesterday so begins the house dance. Our first move was a mis-step, size of home was somehow shown with sq. footage of shop, so over 3,600 sq. ft, wrongo. Fortunately agent caught it right away and was adjusted. This oughta be fun, not!
Have to wrap them in bacon when you grill them.yup.. gotta have the casing.. and for me they need to be boiled or steamed.. grilled makes me gag.. something bout the burned skin...
