Told my old girlfriend I was hot and handy a year ago. Still waiting for her to reply.

Screw that! If you do this sort of work with any regularity, get a ProPress tool. Heck, Amazon has some manual ones you can buy that cost less than $100. Get in, get out, get on with your life.Well, I was under the deck of the house for a few hours replacing 5 ft of 1/2 in water line. My bad, the last joint I went to solder was too hot and didn't solder correctly. Had to go to the supply shop and get a few more 1/2-In junctions, got it all done. I did stop in between going for the replacement parts for a few beers. Sorry, but that's just how it is...
Well Jim I know you know how to do that and if I have any problems I'll call you first.Screw that! If you do this sort of work with any regularity, get a ProPress tool. Heck, Amazon has some manual ones you can buy that cost less than $100. Get in, get out, get on with your life.
That’s the plan!Had an old one I got from my Dad and with 6 boys it ended up missing. Great tool for popping out dents in old cars and truck fenders.
Always happy to help out a friend, Fred. In fact, I don’t foresee needing to use my manual crimping tool for quite some time, as I think I have all of my plumbing projects completed, so if you ever need to borrow it, I’d be happy to meet you halfway somewhere…..Well Jim I know you know how to do that and if I have any problems I'll call you first.
Always good to have a friend handy.
Not a fan of Pex myself, but that’s just an opinion, and not based on any facts. Give me good old copper lines anytime!I like to sweat solder myself but after helping my oldest install a water softener, the Pex. He used the A type with the ferrules and expander tool. Really slick.
Map Gas....Nothing like soldering overhead in a crawl space and having a drip land on your arm.
Are you using using a real plumbers torch (Prestolite or turbo torch)?

Ehhhhhh, Well, I'm hard headed and old. I built my my house, and I mean I built my house myself 40 yrs ago. Sweated most of the copper fittings myself then. Maybe I'm just loosing a step or two, and old school. Don't do plumbing for a living...But...But...But...at age 68, I can still do two sets of fifteen regulation pullups . Three times a week.....Screw that! If you do this sort of work with any regularity, get a ProPress tool. Heck, Amazon has some manual ones you can buy that cost less than $100. Edit: Heck! You can rent the damn things now! No need to sweat copper in tight places. Those days are over!

If they don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.Told my old girlfriend I was hot and handy a year ago. Still waiting for her to reply.

Back from watching the cars come off the ferry. Lots of money there. A little tough walking though.
Hope you feel better soon.Something is going on..both feet developed a rash, and right one is swelling. Im thinking its a med i upped the dosage. Or, my feet never see sunlight, and i have been lazing about in the sun barefoot for 2 days.

Don’t over do it friendGood morning everyone. Arms are still fuzzy feeling from working in the garage for the whole weekend. Gosh I hate this
Thanks Chris. I am trying not to. Takes less and less to over do it. Or, it is knowing what the issue is and subconscious is focusing on it.Don’t over do it friend
