If you're gonna make it look right you gotta put lumpy mashed potatoes on them thar thighs.

Cool! It works really well as long as you have a good high quality light system. You don't even need the hydroponic part and just use good quality soil in planters if the lighting is right.

I did it as a Science Fair project when I was in High School. Fed the entire family fresh veggies all Winter and took first place in the Botany Division at the county science fair too! I also did a bunch of stuff with plant growth regulators and grew double and triple size plants. Gibberillic acid is amazing stuff...

Will that gooberlific acid make my pot plants produce more?
Yes. Don't ask me how I know...

Funny thing about gibberillic acid and how it makes plants bigger. They still have exactly the same number of cells as a regular plant, but each cell in 2-4x bigger. That means each cell will also contain 2-4x of the stuff you want them to contain.

Cali the home to the fruit and nuts! I can

I just found out that since the DNC is in Philly starting Monday, we are all being asked to work from home for the week. The Navy Yard Complex is a big security concern for them and the Secret Service is putting down some serious restrictions making access nearly impossible.

Since we are squarely in the middle of it and all the protests are being staged in the park next door and the actual DNC is across the street, there is no point in us (or the rest of the 35,000 people who work within the Navy Yard Complex) to try to come into work.

I'm not complaining, I wouldn't want to battle all the security anyway and would have probably called in sick if they hadn't made this decision.

They caught a guy a couple of years ago trying to climb up on one of the Aegis Missle cruisers at the Yard and they came out like a swarm of hornets when he tripped the alarms. They dragged him off and we never heard another word about it.

Interesting thing was a week later, they cut a 15' square hole in the side of the hull of that boat above the waterline and took something large covered in tarps out under armed guard with a 200 yard secured perimeter. They stuffed it in a truck and left with an armed convoy of about a dozen trucks and police escort.

Pot and booze. What a great combination! Like peanut butter and jelly, bacon and eggs, Sonny and Cher, bikinis and boobs... gonna be a great evening!
