Nice! Many pos cars in Mexico are 'repaired' in a similar fashion!
Not sure what I am doing with it actually.
So now that we are getting reaquanted with my neice (Laura)and her family. She keeps inviting me to the girls basketball. My brother Lauras dad has not talked to anyone since 1988 told them all that it was the rest of the family that hated them. But now that she is a grown adult with her own kids he dad has cut her off so getting reaquainted we are. Now to the main part of the story....here I am a bearded old man watching Jr. High girls play basket ball. Laura coaches so I find myself sitting alone. I can't tell you how many people ask what I am doing there? Makes a man feel wierd.....wierder

Doesn't the door latches work?
No have to look at both sides. They will not catch if that makes sense.
Sounds like the wrong nose and it did not go into the support hole. I would change it and not use it personally.
You need to ( Mate ) them properly......
They do they just will not latch. The piece that would lock it to the post moves like the door handle is up. I am sure it is something stupid.
Lots of littles to do on it. Plan on rebuilding the carb today and at least get it moving.

I might just do that, One on here wants it for racing, we just keep missing each other on the phone.
The General Lee had welded doors
Found a good one yesterday, there are a bunch of fusible links out of the drivers side harness. One must have burnt and they just put a piece of 10 Gauge wire in there, waiting on a book for it to come I have some link wire just not sure what should be there.
What did you find?

Firewall driver side there are 4 others there to! Pretty ugly, Waiting on a diagram do not want to put one in that is to big. I have 14 and 16 Gauge around.

No Guy just mailed me the bill of sale might be here today. When we picked it up a worker was there not the owner. Lot to do before I would drive it. Adding the parts up now. Exhaust is a PIA no one has it and it needs it all.
Needs so far
all rubber changed, New steel brake lines, body bushings, get the lights working, fix the doors. Easy weld on the front frame, battery Adds up fast. Want to keep it around a grand in parts.
