Spent 4 hours over on the Farm yesterday. PMing the old tractor and beginning to cut off fields. A branch I ran over grabbed ahold of me and pulled me off the tractor, but not before i could disengage the clutch. Close one for sure. And I go there by myself.

Wow How did you disengage the clutch fast enough. That is a hand clutch right?
The father of the guy I bought my property off of was killed when he was crossing the creek down in the bottom when the tractor came back over on him and the hand clutch went through his chest.
Yup, this 1948 Case Tractor has that hand clutch shaft stickin up. Thats what I was able to grab as I got dragged off the back. Guess my arm was just long enough yesterday. LOL
Farming sure isn't the safest of careers ...

Thanks all. It did scare me a little bit. My Brother in Law usually is there to help out, but not yesterday. He'll meet me there tomorrow to cut more. Takes a few days to do it all.
