Stop in for a cup of coffee

Not too much. Just spending money like a sailor on leave. Actually getting my finances in order, being retired sucks!! That nice cash flow loss is bad, have to actually think about where the money is going. Refinancing mortgage, paying off a few large bills,
O and I applied for SSDI yesterday, online. Two hour deal.

Here I am running a water saw and laying the final thin cuts of tile and you guys are talking retirement :wtf: Do we ever really retire men

Yee haw! I'm supposed to git my intake today. The transaction started a month ago today. It was lost in the mail somewhere between Dallas and here.

Hey I had a question for you. Do you know if the pacific coast highway still open all the way along the coast?

I check in about every hour. If I sit and stare at the screen I don't get anything done around the house. LOL

why you no talk to us no more
super busy time of the year here - damn near every call is about the building temps - mostly too cold and everyone wants it NOW.. even with 4 of us on here at the "call center" we have trouble keeping up with it all - then we get a call for a real emergency (like the radiator that popped this morning) and we go from 70 to 130 in 3.2sec.. everyone is "freaking out" and we can't get personnel there fast enough - you'd swear some of these people must live here!!!

Not seeing you here much lately. Did you go and get a life or something? :D They make you start working at work?
more like reconnecting with the one I already had... and yes, as I mentioned above, this is a busy time of the year here - fall to winter and spring to summer, both are always busy

We had opposite problem last week. Recently changed the control system on cooling. Chillers were shutting down on low outside air temp, so some areas that produce a lot of heat were 80+. Wah, wah! Had contractor in several times trying to get it to work better.

same kind of thing here - but the people who fix it work here and there are only just so many of them.. when they start answering back "put it on the list"... and the customer is insisting that something be done NOW - - the proverbial chit hits the fan
