It's the investors that are really to blame. They are a bunch of Russian billionaire industrialists that don't understand the pharmaceutical business. The only logic they understand is to cut staff to cut costs in order to make a profit...like we are a steel plant.
We aren't.
This game is all about the opposite of that. You need to invest in the infrastructure and people to be successful. People with world-class experience are the strength that ultimately brings profit. You can't cut staff or hire lower wage people and expect the kind of innovation that changes the game in your favor.
Fourteen dollar an hour Fred isn't going to be creating new technologies and getting patents on it.

Probably because they are usually a one-off and just kind of a "tip-of-the-hat" for a recent experience. It's nice to see them and anyone can post one when they think it's appropriate.
Organizing them requires rules and would take the spontaneously complimentary nature out of them.
And I'm sure if there were a specific thread there would be bashing that is hard to control.
I wouldnt expect bashing, being a good guy alert. But anything is possible on an open forum.i know i will want to post some, just want to make sure i dont get spanked for doing it wrong...

Most important part is the black goo strips. If not good or not enough, get butyl rope caulk for doing windshields. I used that stuff for sealing leaks all over the car.
