I would use one with the 5-6 nub end seals as they were what was used on those cars with v-8's from the factory back then...
Not something easily sourced in my part of the world. Im more of a run what ya brung kinda guy.
 

Those on it are 4 inch backspace. The front will be close with the extra 1/4 inch. O .125 not .25 never mind.
With more backspacing they will be more inboard and actually give better clearance to the fender lip.

But I doubt 0.125 will make any noticeable difference.

I was thinking of the inside suspension clearance. If I recall, it is close. But right .125 is not much difference.
 
Long Day...Wifes sis and her husband left this AM. Went to hear my daughter sing in Phila Basilica this afternoon. Then cheese steaks at the Melrose Diner. Took my daughter to Princeton and finally we are back home...

Actually, I think the whole guide/valve/seal purchase might take a while, you might as well ship once they arrive.
