yeah, its breaking the habits that is my problem. Pop/Soda is the number one issue for me. I drink WAY too many polar popsAt mine and a bunch here we all do, to much junk food out there and it's way to handy.. natural sugar from fruit will help push you threw the day and fresh food from gods grocery store will fit you and everyone here with much better protein that is not soaked down with bullshit ! Doctors love seeing people eat junk foods..
