Yes all us old car guys can do it. Just heat the drum flat up with a torch, you will prob hear it pop then just press the hub through. Still wont help with the dustcap part though......
I can see the hour being off because of the time zones but not the minutes. Everybody operates off the software clock.Called the Russians had them do it for me!

Yep. The small bolt cars have a smaller dust cap.

Never knew there was such a tool as a swedge cutter! So in theory you need one to change out the studs? Was not going there on that one.

Seen some of that at local yards starting a few years ago.
Not sure if its a recycling thing to get the metal. They may even have requirement as salvage yard. or just another money grab
Lately the salvage yard owners here are very wealthy people. This one in town is very professional and highly organized. The family owns 10,000 acres north of town. Auto salvage must be pretty good business.

Woke up to dog barking at 2AM. Saw headlights as car pulled out of driveway 
Get some clothes on and grab flashlight. See what looks like a bagged newspaper on porch. F'n idiots delivering magazines. 
Would that make the stud hole too big when you put it back together? (that phrase could have gone the wrong direction pretty easy)

I suspect it may do just that. So much potential rarely goes to waste. LOL
That's what I was thinking. I always just used the flat side of the lug nut with a washer and drove them home evenly with a impact gun. Never had any issues at all. I WAS WRONG MY WHOLE LIFE! Guess I need therapy now.
Then again I was reading something today about aligning the input shaft of your trans to he flywheel to within .003" Seriously?
