I always wondered how Phil survived in PA with open season all year on groundhogs! Rani, still got those .22's? I know I have taken care of a few in the hops field.
They worship the hog up there. He lives in the Library year around and you are not supposed to shot them in there.

I don't know why I was thinking by the school. I have a guy that used to work with me in the military Total Paul Bunyan type good ol boy. We hunter over here a few years ago. He was relieving himself on the side of a field and poor ole Phil jumped out of his hole and started barking at him right in front of him. Phil got wet and started charging him. Not a god idea to do to a redneck with a .243. I could not stop laughing for at least an hour. Now when he has to relieve himself he has to go ground hogging!
What do you have to do to get the car ready for spring? Mine all I have to do is get the front and rear windshields in The front one is a real pain in the butt and I do not know why. I tried with a friend, a body guy and I am ready to call Cindy Rowe to do it. I do not understand it is the same one that came out and nothing done to the frame. New seal each time. then put it on the road with the 225 and work out any bugs before the 440 goes in.
I need to put quarters on. I live out on the ridge 8 miles from town. The State was cutting the berms and when he turned around in my field he backed into my car. It was unbelievable. At least an acre field /yard and one vehicle and he hit it. So they did buy me new quarters. I wanted to get them on this winter. I also bought new springs to give the sagging a$$ a lift.
I am sure that took a while to settle. They going to install them also? If you need a set of hands let me know I can run up there if it is not in the hop rhizome stage, the end of Mar and most of April

My morning started at about 4:30AM. The cat decided she wanted something so she came into the bed room, sat on the floor next to the bed, and started Meowing, non-stop. That went on for about 15 minutes, when I got up and followed her down the all to the Kitchen where she stopped by her empty water bowl. I filled and and she shut up until about 5:30Am. SO I fed her and made some coffee for me.
5th or 6th cup, now.

Morning again. Jumping around chat rooms right now. Hops and cars. Looks like we got a few inches now it is raining and tonight 8 so I need to plow so I do not have a yard of ice!

Not as much here, but same deal. Got just enough rain to saturate the snow. Anything not cleared has an inch or so of slush on it. Rain seems to be about done, so not likely to all rinse away. So... when it drops below freezing again this afternoon it's gonna be a mess. Then down in the teens overnight to make a nice skate rink for AM.

Morning, 8 inches and 6 deg last nite, They're calling for 50 today should be a sloppy mess.
Just got back in from plowing, yes it is a slushy mess here.

Nah really. .....I work at night so I just got out of work a little bit ago.
