I wish I got up early enough to eat breakfast. Mine usually consists of granola bars and a banana. I come in here and it makes me want to leave work and run to a cafe! LOL
 
Morning Mopar peeps. Is this a new diet thread? I need it also.

you've heard of the sea food diet?? this is the virtual see food diet - - you'll lose weight on this one for sure - and maybe end up on a ward someplace too, because typically, getting caught licking your monitor when food is on the screen is frowned upon..

Hahahaha! That reminds me of the commecial of the lady photocopying her face, then she goes to look at her pics and the guy before her was sitting on the copier, *** and balls on the glass. She tries wiping her tongue off and is grossed out! Funny stuff right there!

humm.. it would have to be a once a week weigh in kinda thing - I am trying to do it without too much thinking about it.. food attitude adjustment so to speak..

Weigh in, or post how many calories you burned in each workout if you are working out... I like to focus more on the calories burned than the weight as the weight does not come off as easy as tracking the calorie burn, then it gets a little discouraging....


I wish that I could lift weights to help, but I can't with the pain in my elbows, I don't want to make it worse - it's already bad enough some days... So I'm focusing on treadmill and maybe do a little swimming which doesn't have as much stress on the joints.

My dad used to swim 2 miles per day 6-7 days a week until he got chemotherapy and then died. He had the farthest distance of anybody at his club, including the runners. He hit all the milestones swimming before the best runner did running. 1k miles, 5k miles, 10k miles, ... I have shirts from when he hit 65k miles that the club gave him...

I try to do a little more with each workout.

I started last week with 400 calories for the first day, then went to 600 for the next two. Then I missed 4 days, so I just stayed at 600 yesterday...
 
it's going to be easier (for me anyway) to do a weigh in kinda thing - too bleary at 5:30am to even think of it M-F so I have been checking it on either Sat or Sun mornings..
