I'm gonna take a quick bike ride before dark. Its 70 degrees and the wind is calm. The scoot is calling.. be back after while..

Just spent 2 hours on the wrong end of a rototiller... that **** will make you realize your age...

a banana and a Gatorade will give you some boost.

I don't recall anyone at anytime saying that it was required that a t-pic be posted - it was presented as a way to show appreciation for the very cool gesture that the tee is. Sure, a few of us picked up the torch and stoked the flame a few times - but constant..? I have personally posted at least once that Rani had a "pass" if she wanted and I have PMed her several times about it too - I may have poked a little about the whole thing but, unbeknownst to others, had already resigned to the fact that it wasn't going to happen.. not a big deal, it truly is "all good". It was fun to get to put a face to a "name" - and that is/was the point - fun. If we pissed you off with the calling out about a pic, sorry - it wasn't meant that way.

And you won't from me out of protest for the constant pushing for Rani to post one.
It was never something that was required.

This old front tine tiller is a mess. Buddy picked it up ata garage sale with a dead motor for 5 bucks. I had a l8ghtly used pump motor from work that i grafted to it. We've both used it a few times. The belt was stretched and wouldn't turn the tines, so i weny down to autozone and got a smaller belt. Too short. It went on fine but the tines never quit turning while running. Better be on your toes using this guy..

A little early for tilling here. Sounds familiar though. I have a 5 hp, front tine. Hit a rock and hang on baby. And I got plenty of rocks. Lol. Even after tilling an area for years they keep coming up.

LOL We still have snow on the ground. I did get 1 snowblower put away but winter in Iowa might not be over yet.

In fact, we average 4.3" of snow in March with snow events of 3.3 days

My sentiments exactly. Really didn't want to offend anybody. Just say thanks. Calling anybody out is just part of the ribbing that goes on here. I apologize to anyone i may have offended, but i sure hope it is all taken in the spirit of fun as intended..besides, Rani thinks I'm hot..

Just ran a quick errand for the wife, had to get back pretty quick. But I'll take any chance i can get for a scooter ride, even if it's just around the block..

Way past coffee time here:banghead:. Had a mini car show at church this morning. Took the Monaco out as she is closest to show worthy. Back home, bled Chargers brakes, took her for a run. /6's have got power hey! First descent drive I could take with the old girl...have brakes now!

Need to double check timing and adjust Carter carb some more, but overall very pleased with results.

Well, then I'm exactly where you were then. =) I've bought a whole lot of tools already but I'm nowhere near the collection I have in metric.

The worst part is really that none of my stash of old crap is any good and it is nearly impossible to find the random fasteners you end up needing every time you go down to the garage ...

We used to be able to find many of the fasteners in our local hardware stores, now they are being phased out and getting much harder to find... :violent1:

Good morning Tim, everybody else has come and left for now. Really peaceful here, but it always is. Tonight is that last night of a sales contest at work. If I sell ONE more bottle I'll win, as long as the bartender doesn't sell any more. She uses her feminine wiles as a weapon but she's lazy at work so I don't want her to win. The wine is $325 so a lot of it is luck that you get the customer who will spend that. Keep your fingers crossed, I'd like to win a dinner for two and a night's stay at one of the nicer places in Charleston. I'm getting a party of 17 tonight so I might be able to blow her out of the water haha!

My daughter is better today. Barfing stopped around 3 am and the fever broke at about the same time.

I spent the afternoon finishing the powder room in the new house. It was blood red when we bought the place and I just couldn't stand looking at it. I made it my first priority remodel in the new place. I think it turned out pretty well...
