Stop in for a cup of coffee

Freaking hit 98 here yesterday and hot again today, it is a wet heat though!
We are having the same weather Hops, Hot Hot and hotter as the days pass for the last week ! Humid weather sucks !! A dry heat would be groovy

Been bad here I actually had to run a hose into the pond it is only two feet deep. At least to cool the bass off. All I need is all the fish to die and get all the critters here for miles eating them. Seen the blue herrings pull some good fish out so far.

I better get out of this chair and run to the store and pick up a few things before the heat moves in, Thanks Ben ! I wish I was closer Treva won't be up for another hour or so, Memike is off....... Munchies are kicking in real bad now ................... you know !! like they did back in the 70'es

Any on know jeep front dana 30 differentials seems to be a couple of different ones.

Dana 44 is all i have experience with. A buddy has 30s in a Wrangler and put 35" tires on it. With stock gears, it's a major dog. Looks cool tho. He wanted to regear it. Parts are available but 30s are said to not hold up very well. I suggested he find new new axles..

I have yet to find a box Cherokee with an 8 1/4

they always seem to have the Dana something that is weaker than a good ol 8 1/4

The Cherokees had the dana 35 in the back and mostly dana 30 in the front. Usually the grand Cherokees had the track lock that fits a 8.25 My issue is never did a 30 and looking for a shim kit and the specs but one has a thrust washer the other a crush sleave no crush sleave in his old one with the gears we are going to use, No idea with the one in it my problem are the cases the same either way and how do you identify if they are before we get into it again?

The 30's are about the same as a 7.25 it looks like. I have seen 44 in the front or maybe 40's not to versed on any but the 35. Just to freaking hot to mess with it and be wrong.

Would a grand Cherokee rear end fit under a car ?

Like a 73 dart.....i am going to need one real soon so if a jeep one would work then i dont have to worry about finding an A body specific one which is getting hard to find
