our team consisted of 12 folks. and a total of 19 in the office, they fired 1 guy straight up for performance yesterday. they kept 6 of the 7 that are on the other team, the 7th was fired as well but he was the no call no show guy. On my team, they are keeping 4 at the moment. So far, I am being told I am the 4th being kept.
but that could change
