Hi Asa. I'll try to call you in a while.

Just flying by, I have to catch a shower and hit the road... If I can get outta here early enough, I can get some nuts and bolts to work on the kid's Valiant...

Need a longer bolt for the distributor hold down, and coil nuts for the electrical connections...

Good luck with your trip Tim...

If you need any help near Chicago, give me a shout...

Old man Ray and Asa have my phone number...

Not trying to be an *** BUT it looks like you have some wiring issues?

No, we just got finished wiring it up. should be ready to start now, just have to get the rest buttoned up... We moved the harness over so we could put one last coat of paint on the engine... Trying the MP spray paint as it seems much thicker and should last longer... Then we will put the wiring back to the proper routing...

It seems like the NSS switch yellow wire and the horn wiring are backwards in the service manual...

All I have to do is to find the power wire for the heater blower motor and put it into the harness... We originally planned to convert the car to heater only from A/C, but decided after buying the dash harness to stick with the original A/C set up and just run without A/C.... So the wiring is slightly different... I already got the feed to the blower switch, just have to get it from the switch back to the bulkhead inside and I'm ready to go...

Then we have to figure out the fan clearance and lengthen the shifter linkage rod and it should be ready to fire...
