I like the idea of a trailer because you can register it and take it with you - or in my case (so far) you can move it around on your property -- mobile storage
I do not plan to haul my car in it but I do haul my bikes and some tools. Plus I could get the Harley out of the house.
Hell I might go!

not really about rust so much - more about moisture build up inside during wetter times.. they don't "breath" very well

Yep, and since they don't breathe much...once you get the humidity down it will stay down without much work. There is a reason they use them to ship stuff across the open ocean for long periods without worrying about salt air/humidity intrusion.
Might just do that. I will see when it gets closer.
