Yeah I think I'm gonna sand and paint the inside and the bottom in expoxy or por15. The bottom isn't rusted out but it is rusty

I've always buried mine. The evidence that is. Only problem like the other day. After all the rain we have had, some things start coming back up.
There has been two stolen/dumped cars here in the last 5 years, Oh they need to know someone is watching to keep that chit at bay for sure brotherI used to live on the corner next to an alley in Detroit... I had problems with people parking there and doing their drugs and hookers, then leaving the "remains" in my yard... I could have taken their used condoms and cigarettes and planted them at a crime scene and got them in some trouble....
But seriously, we used to run them off also...
Now and then, they would dump their stolen and stripped cars next to my house.... Happened over a half dozen times over the years...
Usually when they park down an empty road, they're up to no good...
Yup... Just Like a Bad Dream .... I takes the cans to the Recycler's .. Gits me $30 on average for a few bags....

Well I just finished installing the air dam on the GTS and it's solid as a rock, and it was easy to mount. Good timing because my AC guy just showed up to start chasing the refrigerant leak...
I keep my own R22 and R410 here, In case I need to recharge systems, myself....And...Ohhh... Yeah.. I have R134a .... AND Some R12 !!!

One time in Detroit, I had three stolen cars dumped next to my house in a couple of weeks... Two in one week, then one a couple weeks later...

In Detroit there is a 10 cent deposit on all cans and bottles... You can make some good cash returning them...
I once went to a farm party in college and collected empty cans in the back of my Barracuda fastback and made almost $50 the next day when I returned them...
Had two encounters with the cops that night and luckily none of them noticed all the beer cans in the back window...
No $hit... I've found Two (2) dead men in my life ... Still waitin fer #3....Luckily they never dumped the bodies in our alley.....

I didn't plan on collecting them that night... But when I saw all of them laying around, I started to pick them up for some extra money.... The host of the party liked me picking them up so they didn't have to clean them up themselves the next day... win-win....

Thanks for the warning... My son was excited and wanted to see it, but I can take it or leave it... He went to Detroit that night, so I don't know if he saw it or not... The only way I'll go see it is if I go with him...

Just came back from salvage yard hunting.
Didn't find much.
I am thinking of how i can take a rear facing rear seat from a late model wagon and adapt it to fit Princess Valiant.
I was looking at an old ad i see where a 60 to 62 valiant wagon was available as a 9 passenger but after 63 the option disappeared.

I'm sure the rumors are true. The very thought that Detroit is actually a problem crime area, well that's hard to believe.
Well I did my shopping and stocked up on hams...
they had some for 48 cents per pound, but only two left....
so I stocked up on the spiral cut ones for $1.29 per pound....
11 hams total and then picked up 48 cans of pineapple for $1 each to go with them....
My son likes to have ham and cheese sandwiches with the left overs... So we are set for a few months....
