not enough testing on their parts in design and production...

No. I know them, they're located near me, the only goal of their design is to be light and cheap. They don't put any or much thought into proper geometry or loads. They started with mustangs for drag racing and expanded to other models. They even use factory Mopar A body spindles but reverse them to fit a rack, causing Ackerman issues.
