It's also got a killer 6 speaker Pioneer sound system with satellite radio. Pair of tweeters up on top of the dash, mids in the doors, 6x9s on the rear deck and a big bass box in the trunk. The car is radio delete option so all the controls are hidden in the console.
I laughed at least a couple times

You don't need it. Standard base is what the light comes with, E26. Amazon lists add ons that you often don't need.
That adapter is for applications where they use these bulbs to replace the ones in large E39 base sockets like they use in street lights.

Mogul are the large bulbs that were used mostly on early floor lamps.
Medium is the standard base for most incandascent light bulbs.
IIRC E = Edison (screw in style)
the number is the diameter or something like that.

If your socket takes a regular light bulb, you don't need the adapter.
