I was trying to find the article. A few years back, an old retired guy who'd worked for the county health department was going around to these breast feeding rooms throughout town, claiming to be the breast feeding inspector. He's given hands on inspections. Eventually he got arrested but this went on for months before someone finally called the health department to verify
