My wife is making me crazy; won't give me a clue what she wants. Well, she told me to get her some flannel lined jeans and car seat covers, and I got those, but I know she's getting me the cutting and welding set for my oxyacetylene torch, so I gotta come up with something for her that costs 'round about $150 just to keep up. So I thought: No problem: Jewelry is always good. Then she says "Don't get me any more jewelry." Sheesh. But she did say she wants a birdhouse and a cement cross to put in the lawn. I looked everywhere for a cement lawn cross. Angels, monks, madonnas, gnomes, deer, frogs, ya' cn get all that stuff, but just a reg'lar cross is hard to find. But look what I found this morning on Facebook

Good morning, damp and foggy here, with rain later. No work today, calm before the storm.
 

good morning people,

I got an early start today .....my valiant is almost a running car again.

I dunked a running slant in. Nothing special, no power mods, no smoke.....just a 1bbl. stock slant.

I got inspired by watching Roadkill on youtube and just decided to get it running with what I have laying around.

I made a list of my cars and I started with the newest (75 dart) and the oldest (this car) and I did an evaluation to see which will be running with less money.

Today I am going to try to get the transmission in. ....not sure what to do about the rear end yet. I would like to upgrade to a ferd 8.8 but then I will have BBP on the back and SBP on the front.

im in the same exact boat. Though I've stumbled on an idea. my wife loves Iced mochas and coffees and theres this real nice name brand iced coffee/expresso machine. will even make milkshakes so shes getting that
