I can't do gas (it's a no no for me) I have fell out hanging out in a friends home when I was about 9 because I can not handle carbonmanoxide at all(how ever it is spelled , then again in my uncles station wagon, everyone ells seemed to be fine in the car but me, so when I go play music at my friends shop that uses a torpedo heater I can only do a couple songs then out side I go for about ten minutes to get the sleepy feeling away, I am a puss when it come too that stuff

Now that sucks! Whats up with it?
Junk in the way. All I need to do is clean a little....er a lot but just a little to get it closed. I am way behind as usual. I am building a stone bucket for the tractor and cannot get it in the door to weld

You arent the only one.i got poisoned a few years back due to a crappy garage ventilation system and a really bad running truck. Torpedo heaters are a big no-go for me.

Forgot about finishing tongue and groove siding inside a cottage in the winter, torpedo running on varsol.
I was sick for days.

And my friends use one and they can stay in it all day with zero side effects , they thought I was full of **** till one of there wives told them about some people will die from it and others just wake up the next morning wondering what happened to the child that spent the night at a home that had bad heat chambers in there heater, this happened here in town about 5 years ago, the boy was only 10 years old

It is always best to do all that stuff in the beginning, because, you know how lazy we get after we are working in it. I forced myself to get it right. Hey Memi,, you could use oil heat as backup, and emergency heat.

OMGOONESS !! Nope , that would have been funny to watch someone open

I hear that, I could if I needed it but here in northeast Arkansas we really don't need it... if it got real bad we could put a wood burner in  our main thing is cooling, gets real hot for for about 4 months out of the year and last year I don't think it even got below 30

We are spending about 2 grand to have the ceiling spayed with foam, it is the big thing going on here to keep the heat out, then we will bat the walls with 30 R

Wife is up, time to heat that old iron skillet , everyone have a jem of a day ..

Is this what you think about on ta-ta Tuesday?
It is friggin cold out. 21F. Little low for the heat pump, so oil burner going in the house.
Just bumped the tstat up a couple degrees.
Need to get downstairs and light the woodstove. Had it going good all day yesterday. Coffee first. Lots of coffee...
