Stop in for a cup of coffee

FWIW my notes from the Mopar Perf bulletins give only a few stock spring rates but amongst them are 110 lb/in for Formula S and Dart GTS, as well as '65 Station wagon. Heavy Duty Wagon and 383 equiped A-bodies 130 #/in.
The 003/003 rear SS springs in my GTS are 130 lb/in and they raise the rear by about 1-1.5”. That means Tim could remove the rear shackles I sent him and maintain the same ride height. The SS springs would also better handle the torque from his engine on acceleration and keep the rear from winding up.

With the wieght shifted back, it may not need that much. That's the right direction though.
130 may work too.
The Green Brick was run with dearched SS springs. either two lefts or two right side springs.

The thing with Tim’s car is that he also likes to get on it in a straight line on the street. That’s why I think the 003/003 is the right combination for the power he has balanced against handing. The rest is in the shocks which is why I suggested Bilsteins.

Slightly and the spring ratio and number leaves are different too.
Ratio is how much of the load or rate is in the front portion vs the whole leaf.

So two of the left springs? Are they the low side?

The 002/093 springs I have are the same number of leafs each. The spring ratio is what’s different.

Yes, well this is hard part. I was thinking left, right was the priority. For launching you are correct

I have one of each. You need the extra on the right side to handle all the torque your engine is putting out. Trust me, you have a lot more to gain by handling the torque than trying to balance the rear springs from side to side.

NO drag strip! Only spirited street driving, Some road track use.
These spring aren’t for drag racing, you would need the heavier ones. These are to balance your torque on the street when you get on it. It will also help on a road track when you lean into the throttle coming out of curves to help keep the torque stress level in the rear so you can use more of what you have for power.
