Our first port of call in Dec is Grand Turk, and they have one of the best Margaritavilles Jimmy Buffett owns, poolbar and all. We will be there ALL day.

I used to live on the panhandle. Ft Walton Beach is nice, and also Destin Fla.......
yep, that's where ideally I'd like to go, but its 98% percent booked for that week. This is kind of a last minute vacation planning. i wont even know if i can do it until mid next week.

Good evening folks. I’m glad it’s finally the weekend. It has been a long and brutal work week.

It’s going to be gray and rainy all weekend, but that’s just fine with me. I need the down time just puttering around the house.

Get a Gold out of the frig and cheers bro!

Mike, don't tell me her name. If you do and I call it out when I'm sleeping, I'm a dead man.:wtf:
She lives in New York and has worked her way into commercials and some acting. Girl can sing too!

Hey Mike, I saw an article today on craft beer become the rage in China now that they have a rising middle class. One of the more popular ones is a Mandarin Orange Shandy.

That sounds like it could be really good!

Autocross this Sunday at the Wells Fargo center. Not exactly a take it easy type of unwind but thought I'd mention it. I'm weighing the odds of t-storms before I commit to going. The dog comes first in these matters.

Of course, it would need a new label if you did one of those...

Looks like the chance of t-storms is mainly in the evening tomorrow, tapering off after 11 pm to just showers. You might luck out.

I think it's time to BBQ some hot links and have an adult beverage. The wind is a little more suitable this afternoon for a fire related activity :D.

So almost 24 hours of rain and the fire ban has not been lifted.
Suits me just fine, but all the long weekend campers will still need to be mindful.they are permitting fires in the evening until 08:00 am.
So the campers can at least have their evening fires.
Traffic isnt as heavy as i expected. Thats a good thing.

That article was written based on smaller displacement engines that can’t take advantage of the increased flow.

On my 6.1L SRT, I picked up over a tenth of a second in the 1/4 mile and gained almost 3 mph at the traps by switching to a K&N. As far as letting additional dirt through, the inside of my air tube from the filter to the plenum shows no difference in dirt inside after nearly 70k miles using the K&N.

If I was in an extremely dusty environment, I would choose a paper filter for the protection...but I don’t live or drive in that kind of environment, so I choose to gain the extra performance.
