Yes, I have lost a bunch of people in my life, as we grow old we get that.A friend’s wife passed yesterday morning.Patti was such a nice lady.
I have a lot of older retired customers,so many have passed on.
Dang, Sad story there! My former boss just passed away last week. He was an excellent boss and a great person. I knew him for 20 years and worked for him for 4. He kept postponing retirement. Finally pulled the trigger, within 6 months got cancer. Was fighting and winning when he got pneumonia and passed a couple days later. So very sad.
Cool car. Aparently 2 owner California car. It is a 273 automatic. They only made 6549 with a 273. I have parts to make it look like a Hypo. LOLThat is beautiful...
Hey crew.
This afternoon showed a nieghbor how to daub up the cellar wall with clay and put on some whitewash.
Got dinner in the oven and now having a last cup of coffee to wrap up the day. One of the neighbors dropped off some Christmas cookies. Perfect combo.

You're too much Dave. THanks!!!!!!!!!!
I'm curious how these walls were laid up. It couldn't have been that different than earlier stone walls, with each stone more or less placed to fit. Can't rely on clay mortar the way is done today with high cement mortars. The strength has to be in the stone work. Yet it had to be done pretty quick when putting up a whole row of houses.I am an old concrete finisher, rubbed out and white washed a bunch at a collage here in town, shoot, that was back in 1979
It would be cool to see a squirrel at the top dropping an acorn (NUT) I am liking that one Toolman
I have a complete file of all of those labels along with the bits and pieces to put them together now. I can create new ones in about the time it takes you to finish drinking a beer from a new batch! You're too much Dave. THanks!!!!!!!!!!
The evolving beer label. I like it.
Keeping the Rocks wet as it's dun is a must at times I have seen..I'm curious how these walls were laid up.
