That's funny. I bought a ring for my wife on E bay by purposely mis-spelling "tanzanite". I paid around $150 and it appraised for $800+. Nobody bid on it because of the mis-spell.
My wife is seriously into Tanzanite also. Scored a 3 carat gem when deployed for a few hundred it appraised for 4800! That was a score, I was afraid it was fake.

Good Morning everyone.... Just having a nice big cup of coffee, waiting for my in-laws to arrive for our final Christmas. Tomorrow up bright and early to go ice fishing with a good friend of mine who I have not seen for awhile.
Good morning. Our weather ppl say, "South of I-85 may see a few flakes or sleet mixed in the rain late Sat' until mid morning Sunday". I'm about 8 miles south of 85. My thought when I hear that, "Weather doesn't know where that highway is" or "I wish that highway had been placed about 10 miles further south".

Morning everyone. Spent a couple hours taking the steering shafts out of a couple columns so I can have the correct length for manual steer, column shift. Need to reassemble yet but they are both apart. Working on kitchen stuff the rest of the weekend.

Agreed, I have never had the courage to do the glass, I invariably pay someone who knows how to do it and has the suction cup thingees and assorted tools. I gotta play my chicken card when it comes to glass.

Do all you Iowa guys go to the Mopar show in Omaha early May? I am seriously thinking about it but Mopars in the Park is same month so wallet and wife would be stretched a bit.
Saw an "F" word wagon with a blown SBF the other day .. Soooo cool

Edsels were weird, but they did have some good things goin' on. I'm told the 9" out of an Edsel is pretty much a "drop-in" swap on an A Body. Other than all those little details like brakes an stuff
I like and appreciate the weird cars most of the time...There are a couple of them in a junkyard near here. Maybe will have measure them when there next and compare.

I got to help my dad on his Edsel Ranger I think it was. Dang thing was built stout to say the least. More iron in the chassis than modern pickups
